I have worked in various multinationals in Pharmaceutical world (Novartis, Merck KGA, Abbott Laboratories) and I bring wealth of expertise in sales force effectiveness, Performance culture and business development, Change management and execution excellence from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My approach enables teams to overcome complex and rapid changes I business environment and makes work fun and fulfilling to associates. I make doing business with integrity sustainable. I develop both mental and physical resilient to associates to be able to adopt cross functional collaboration and enhance organization performance.

Before I met Joshua I had challenges in two areas; Negotiation and Conducting effective meetings (Round Table Discussion of more than 6 people). My job as a medical representative requires the above skills so dearly.
On negotiations, I used to consider myself first all times and disregard the other parties. I would often make assumptions instead of listening actively and seeking clarification. After Joshua's training on NEGOTIATION SKILLS, I started going into negotiations fully prepared, listening actively and asking good questions to ensure we're on the same page and my goal changed to ensuring we settle on a win-win situation. This has greatly assisted in building good relationship with my clients and ultimately generating more business.
Round Table Discussions being one of the KPIs in our job can either be a success or a failure and many including me struggled to control the group and ensure objectives are met as some may retreat into their own discussions with the group.
Through your trainings I learnt the importance of customer call continuity; it helped me easily build working relationships with most doctors and pharmacists. These relationships were further augmented by my listening-to-understand what customers have to say. These tactics gained from your training sharpened my replying and probing skills during a call so as to directly close, once done.
Progressively, strong closing improved my performance and was awarded Abbott EPD Highest Achieving Team Member 2021.
Moreover, I also learnt that I should coach one or two objectives per session. Another coaching aim learnt is to allow my team of representatives to own their businesses in territories. This is done also by acknowledging right conduct and success they get.
